STAYING SAFE ON THE ICE

Wear proper shoes
Walk slowly
Take small steps
Keep both hands free

IF YOU BEGIN TO FALL:

Relax
Drop what you're carrying
Break fall with thigh, hip, and shoulder
Bend head forward
